This was my first time making a hat and it turned out great! I used the dirty dk yarn in colour axolotl :) the only thing I changed was i added one extra increase row because I wanted the hat to be a little bit bigger.

Great pattern! I just learned to crochet when I first started and was looking for a pattern. This was my first handmade crocheted pattern. It is well written, easily understood, and a great pattern for beginners. I got a beautiful hat too. So I would recommend it strongly if you want to try it, even as a day old beginner (like I was then).

I saw this pattern and immediately added one skein of a blend moment yarn to my cart. Just finished the hat and it is so gorgeous and easy to make! Thank you for sharing this pattern I love it!!
