Where are you located?

We operate out of our Tullamarine, VIC warehouse. 

Do you offer in store shopping?

Unfortunately we don't offer in store shopping at this time, however we do offer click and collect! You can find more info here.

Where are your yarns manufactured?

We work with an extremely reputable factory in China to have all our yarns manufactured. 

Why aren't your yarns manufactured in Australia?

At this point in time there are no yarn manufacturers in Australia that are willing or able to produce the types of yarns we sell. Currently, the only way for us to have our yarns produced in Australia would be to open our own mill, and unfortunately that's just not viable for a teeny tiny business like ours.

Are your yarns OEKO-TEX® certified?

Yes! All of our yarns are OEKO-TEX® certified, meaning they have been tested for over 100 harmful chemicals, and are considered safe for human use.

Will you be expanding your range and/or colours?

Absolutely! We are working as hard as we can to offer as many different yarns and colours as we can. As a small business these things take time, but rest assured we're working on it!
