All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia
Click & Collect:
Click & collect is available from our Tullamarine warehouse. Please note there is no in store shopping available. All orders must be placed online.
Click & collect are usually ready within 1-2 business days. Please await your 'ready for pickup' email before attending the warehouse.
Click & collect hours are 10am-3pm Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays) from
2/53-55 Garden Drive, Tullamarine, Victoria, 3043
Orders not collected within 7 days will be cancelled. Please contact us if you cannot pickup within this timeframe.
Shipping Prices:
Prices are based on the entire weight of the package and not just product weights. When shipping we need to account for overweight products (majority of our yarns do weigh more than the advertised weight) and packaging. This may push your package into the next weight category.

International postage costs vary, and are automatically calculated upon checkout.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world!
All products are shipped from Melbourne, Australia using Australia Post or Sendle.
Orders (excluding pre orders) are shipped Monday - Friday usually within 24 - 48 hours of ordering. Shipping times may be longer during peak times and sales.
Shipping times will vary depending on your location, but here is a rough guideline.
Australia: 2 - 7 business days
Rest of the world: 4 - 15 business days
Tracking numbers will be provided once your item/s are shipped.
